• Eco-friendly cleaning packages
• Disinfection and sanitization services

3. Booking and Payment

All services must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Standard apartment cleaning: ARS 12,000
• Deep home cleaning: ARS 18,000
• Kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning: ARS 9,000
• Move-in / Move-out cleaning: ARS 22,000
• Window cleaning (interior & exterior): ARS 8,500
• Small office cleaning (up to 100 m²): ARS 15,000

4. Cancellation Policy

Services can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing access to the property at the scheduled time
• Providing accurate property details and cleaning preferences
• Securing or removing valuable items before cleaning
• Informing us of any special requirements or concerns
• Ensuring safe access to all areas to be cleaned
• Paying for services as agreed
• Providing feedback on service quality
